When I first met Lori Forge (Day Star Farms) in the fall of 2008, I was a fairly new, and very green, trail rider. The first thing I noticed about Lori was her true love of riding and her fair and consistent manner as a trainer with both the horse and rider. Lori has not only taught me proper Western Riding, driving, ground handling, and safety, she has also taught me how to have a lot of fun while learning! I have grown to totally trust Lori’s judgment and expertise, and have even purchased a mule (named Gunner) that she trained and owned for 10 years. Gunner is awesome and we continue to bond with each other more and more each day. I will never buy another equine unless Lori is involved in the training and purchase.
